Timothy L. Brown | Executive Director
January 2003, Timothy L. Brown became NADP Deputy Executive Director
with responsibilities for development and inter-association relations
along with managing the work of the Codes and Clinical Workgroups of the
NADP Standards and Transactions Initiative (STI). Today, Mr. Brown
serves as the NADP staff liaison to the American Dental Association
(ADA) Code Maintenance Committee (CMC), serves on the ADA Dental Claim
Form Advisory Committee (DeCFAC), serves as NADP staff liaison to the
Executive Committee and Measure Development and Maintenance Committee of
the Dental Quality Alliance (DQA), is a member of the Dental Workgroup
of the International Health Terminology Standards Development
Organisation (IHTSDO) and is co-chair of the Dental Workgroup of the
Workgroup for Data Interchange (WEDI). Tim also represents NADP as a
member of Health Level 7 (HL7) and the ADA Standards on Dental
Informatics (SCDI). Brown entered the dental benefits industry in
February 1996 as Compliance Manager for one of the largest dental
benefits companies. In February 1998, Tim joined the National
Association of Dental Plans (NADP) as Director of Government Relations
responsible for monitoring and responding to state and federal
legislation and regulations and managing various volunteer committees
within NADP. Prior to entering the dental benefits industry, Tim was a
staff member and eventually Chief of Staff for a member of the Texas
House of Representatives and worked for a Texas Governor. - See more at:
Timothy L. Brown has nearly 20 years of experience in the dental benefits industry as serves a dual role as the Executive Director for CADP and Deputy Executive Director for the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP). Tim has represented the dental benefits industry before numerous standards and code setting bodies including the Code Maintenance Committee (CMC), Dental Quality Alliance (DQA), Health Level Seven (HL7), International Health Terminology Standards Development Organization (IHTSDO) and the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI). Tim joined the dental benefits industry in 1996 after serving as a staff member and Chief of Staff for a prolific Texas House member and worked for a Texas Governor.
Jeremy May | Education
Jeremy previously worked in the legal field for 8 years as the Office Manager for criminal defense law firm and also was a Manager of Dispute Resolution for an arbitration company in Dallas. Jeremy grew up in the state of New Mexico and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.
Rene Chapin | Membership
Rene has over 20 years of experience in association management. She served as communications and membership director for both trade and professional organizations. Prior to joining the dental benefits industry, she served as communications manager for an association management company specializing in small business organizations. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where she earned a B.S in Journalism and Advertising.

Lauren previously worked for the Texas Dental Association (TDA) as the publications coordinator and the Texas Academy of General Dentistry (TAGD) as the communications coordinator. Lauren has a B.A. in multimedia journalism from the University of Texas in Austin. She is currently enrolled in University of Denver's Masters program for website design and development.

executives with thorough and skillful administrative support. Jackie has
worked in various industries to include government defense, accounting,
finance and consulting. She has joined the NADP team as Executive
Assistant to relieve the lives of busy executives Evelyn Ireland and Tim
Brown. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from the University of Phoenix Dallas Campus. - See more
Shayne Leatherwood | Administrative
Shayne ensures that the CADP office runs efficiently through her organizational and professional skills. Prior to CADP, Shayne worked in various administrative duties in commercial real estate redevelopment, sales and marketing.
