*Registrants who pay the non-member rate will be contacted by CADP about the option of applying the $200 difference towards 2018 CADP membership.

This course meets the Dental Board of California’s requirements for 16 units of continuing education.

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant needs to cancel, notifications must be received by CADP at info@cadp.org or 844-422-2237 by Friday, December 29, 2017 5:00 pm Pacific Time to be eligible for a refund of registration rate minus a $75 processing fee, or can carry over the registration to the next course. No shows will forfeit their entire registration fee. If the course is cancelled by CADP for unforeseen any circumstance, registrants will have the option to carry over their registration to the next course or receive a full refund.
