Schedule
The course will take place on Tuesday, March 21 from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm PT and on Wednesday, March 22 from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm PT. Participants MUST attend both days for course completion.
Meals Included: The course includes lunch and an afternoon break on Tuesday, March 21 and lunch on Wednesday, March 22. Please note that breakfast will not be served on March 21 or 22. Complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast for hotel guests.
ATTIRE: Business casual. Bring a sweater or jacket as meeting rooms may be cold.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is subject to change as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation. If a registrant needs to cancel, notifications must be received by CADP at education@cadp.org by 5:00 pm PT on January 31, 2023, to be eligible for a refund of registration rate minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received between February 1 and February 20, 2023, will be eligible for a refund minus a $150 processing fee. Starting February 21, there will be no refunds issued and no shows will forfeit their entire registration fee. Registration closes after March 10, 2023. No onsite registration available.
Due to ever-changing health advice and travel restrictions, CADP will be constantly monitoring the situation. If we need to cancel the March 2023 Course, CADP will notify registrants as soon as feasible. The QA Course cannot be taught virtually so we would reschedule for later in the year if the March 2023 dates are unworkable.
Course Credit
Participants who complete the course will receive notification of course completion within 60 days. Passage of course exam is required for certification as a Certified or Procedural Quality Assurance Consultant. This course meets the Dental Board of California’s requirements for 19.5 units of continuing education.
