CADP’s room block expires 1/13/20 and after that date CADP can't guarantee space will be available.  Please contact the hotel FIRST at 310-215-1000 to determine availability before contacting CADP regarding the room-block rate.    


The course will take place on Feb. 3 from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm PT and Feb. 4 from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm PT in the Catalina Ballroom. Participants MUST attend both days for course completion. 

Meals Included: The course includes lunch and an afternoon break on Feb. 3 and lunch on Feb. 4.  Please note breakfast will not be served on Feb 3 or 4. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast for hotel guests.  

ATTIRE: Business casual. Bring a sweater or jacket as meeting rooms may be cold.   

Cancellation Policy

If a registrant needs to cancel, notifications must be received by CADP at info@cadp.org by 5:00 pm PT on  December  6 to be eligible for a refund of registration rate minus a $75 processing fee.  Cancellations received between December 7 and December 31 will be eligible for a refund minus a $150.00 processing fee. Starting January 1, there will be no refunds issued and no shows will forfeit their entire registration fee.

Course Credit

Participants who complete the course will receive notification of course completion within 60 days. Passage of course exam is required for certification as a Certified or Procedural Quality Assurance Consultant. This course meets the Dental Board of California’s requirements for 16.5 units of continuing education.
