Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations will be accepted in writing before January 31, 2022 with a refund of less a $50 processing charge. From February 1 – February 11, a refund of 50% of all fees paid. Starting February 12, there will be no refunds.  

Substitution Policy: Substitutions for registration are allowed by notifying CADP in writing at any time.   

No Shows: Refunds will not be issued to registrants who fail to cancel their registrations in writing on or before February 11, 2022, or registrants who do not attend the virtual conference. On-demand access to content will be available for paid attendees until March 31, 2022.

Technical Issues:In the event an attendee experiences technical issues during a live session of the virtual conference, a refund will not be issued. Each session will be recorded and can be watched on demand. Also, there will be a training video provided prior to the conference to ensure your computer and internet speed will meet the requirements for the virtual conference live streaming sessions. It is up to each attendee to attend these training sessions.
