This conference is the premier professional development opportunity for the dental benefits industry of California. The conference not only offers great networking opportunities with industry leaders and top decision-makers, but also educational content that can provide company insight on how to create or even justify current strategies and methods.Plan now to attend the CADP 2021 Annual Conference, to be held virtually, Feb. 22-24. The conference schedule will feature the Annual Business and volunteer meetings the first day, followed by industry educational content over the next two days. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations will be accepted in writing before January 3, 2021 with a refund less a $50 processing charge. From January 4 – January 24, a refund of 50% of all fees paid. Starting January 25, there will be no refunds.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions for registration are allowed by notifying CADP in writing at any time.

No Shows: Refunds will not be issued to registrants who fail to cancel their registrations in writing on or before January 3, 2021, or registrants who do not attend the virtual conference.

On-demand access to content will be available for paid attendees until May 31, 2021.

Technical Issues: In the event an attendee experiences technical issues during a live session of the virtual conference, a refund will not be issued. Each session will be recorded and can be watched on-demand after live sessions. Also, you can view the training session here prior to the conference to ensure your computer and internet speed will meet the requirements for the virtual conference live streaming sessions. It is up to each attendee to attend these training sessions.
