Amanda Levy is the Deputy Director of Health Policy and Stakeholder Relations, where she is responsible for fostering proactive and effective relations between the DMHC and its stakeholders, while serving as primary advisor to the Director on critical issues and providing strategic planning and policy direction on emerging issues and industry trends. Amanda has nearly 25 years of experience working on health policy issues in Sacramento.

Oksana Meyer, MPA, CHC is the Assistant Deputy Director with the DMHC’s Office of Plan Monitoring, Division of Plan Surveys, and has responsibility for overseeing DMHC’s medical survey process. Ms. Meyer has been with the Department since 2023 and has extensive experience working in health care policy and health care compliance. Prior to joining the DMHC, Ms. Meyer spent over a decade working on Medicaid policy and managed care compliance efforts.
