Technology Won't Fix Everything
WEDNESDAY, JULY 8 • 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM
Many dental insurers are accelerating investments in AI, automation, and self-service platforms. But even the most advanced tools fall short without rethinking the organization behind the technology. Legacy structures, siloed teams, and inconsistent processes continue to limit outcomes—no matter how modern the tools appear. In this session, we will share real-world transformation work across leading health and dental plans. You’ll see how forward-looking plans are transforming the way they operate to meet evolving expectations from members and staff alike.
